Meet Dian Masalanta, the Tagalog goddess of Lovers and Childbirth. Our indigenous ancestors used to pray to her when couples were unable to conceive of a child, or seeking love and companionship.
Although she is no longer worshipped these days, as Dian Masalanta, you’d be amazed to know that rituals have continued to thrive, even through precolonial times and Catholicism! Please read up on her and about the Obamdo Ferility Rite in an interesting blog at:
After reading this, it inspired me to create this piece, except with a modern flare, just to show how she continues to be a strong influence on Filipinos today despite our tragic history.

Art customizations are available but prices do vary, depending on the complexity and time it takes to make changes to the project. Making changes to already existing designs start at $25/hr.
Personalizations, if the artwork allows room to do so, is FREE of charge. Greeting cards and some mugs are good examples for personalizations.
Production towards most of the products normally takes 3-5 business days and roughly 2-3 business days to ship.
For the most part, shipping is free within the United States. However, if shipping internationally, please do expect shipping charges to be included towards the Total.
The same goes with rush/expedited shipping. Please contact the seller, if a rush delivery is needed and it will be considered as a Custom Order.
If you’re interested in any of the prints but live outside of the U.S., you’re welcome to Request a Custom order for a digital file. A link to the file would be forwarded to you, free of charge, after the purchase of the artwork has been made.
